In the midst of the hustle and bustle of modern life that is fast-paced, worship is often only a physical routine. Many performed five daily prayers, but missed the virtues of Wirid and Dhikr afterwards. In fact, it was precisely at the post-sholat moment that there was a vast reward field and the doors of forgiven sin that was opened by Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla.

Some people might ask: “Is Wiridan after praying there is an argument?” The answer: there and very strong. One of them was mentioned in the authentic hadith history of Muslim priests.

The argument of sahih wiridan after prayer

In the hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu ‘anhu, a messenger of God (may be peaceful on it) says:

Ulama Expression: “Without Wirid, Humans Like Monkey”

More than just a routine, Wirid is a spiritual identity a Muslim. In the classic book Riwlatul Mururbanah The work of al-‘frif Billāh al-Imam Sayyid ‘Abdullah bin’ alawi al-Haddād, there is a deviant expression:

Anyone who doesn’t have flowers is a monkey

Meaning: “Whoever has no wirid, then he is like a monkey.”

This phrase is not intended to demean, but rather confirms that Humans without Wirid lose spiritual glory and experience mental degradationYeah.

This phrase was also quoted by other great scholars:

Sidi Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al -Ssaqqaf, may God be happy with him, said: Anyone who has no response is a monkey, and some knowledge says: import in terms of blood vessels. (Message of help, demonstrations, and support for those who are interested in the behavior of the hereafter, p. 13)

Sheikh Abdul Rahman As-Saqqaf said: “Whoever does not have wirid, then he is like a monkey. And some of the ‘ārifin (Ma’rifat expert) says: Al-Waridāt (Ilham and Ruhani’s abundance) come depending on Al-Aurād (Wirid-Wirid). (Risālatul Mu’āwanah wa al-Muẓāharah wa al-Mu’āzarah li ar-rāghibīn min al-mu’minīn fī sulūk ṭarīq al-ākhirah, p. 13)

Even Im Junidi Al-Baghaddy3rd century Sufi leader who is known as the title Sheikh at-haifahalso states:

Anyone who doesn’t have flowers is a monkey

Meaning: “Whoever has no wirid, then he is like a monkey.”

This expression was collected by Dr. Abdul Halim Mahmud (former Sheikh Al-Azhar) in his book Al-Madrasah Asy-SyadziliyyahAs an affirmation that Dhikr and Wirid are the main energy of a servant’s spiritual journey in the framework of Taqorrub Ilalloh. As follows:

Dr. Abdel -Halim Mahmoud, Sheikh from Al -Azhar al -Sharif, may God forgive it, mentioned in his book (Al -Sadhly School).

The argument is the expression of Sheikh ath-Thāifah, Imam Junaid Al Baghdadi. And Aqwalul Ulama (ulama’s words) is also the argument.

Why should Wiridan after prayer?

1. The direct order of the Prophet (saw) in the authentic hadith.
2. The door to forgiveness of sins is wide open.
3. Strengthening the spiritual relationship with the Almighty SWT.
4. Be the identity of a grateful servant.
5. Keep the heart alive in the middle of a hard world.

In this fast and digital era, we need an inner peace. Wirid after prayer is a solution taught by Rosululloh SAW and maintained by the scholars since long ago. Do not let us lose money because we leave it, because Wirid is not just reading, but the key to the cleanliness of the soul and protector of the harshness of the world.
